SHIPPING POLICY
All products are made to order. Production times vary by category:
- Apparel (men's, women's, children's): 2–4 business days
- Cotton garments, shoes, home goods & accessories: 5–10 business days
Orders are processed between 9:00 AM–4:00 PM UTC+8. Orders placed outside those hours begin processing the following business day. Chinese public holidays are excluded from production time.
Shipping Time Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your region. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost Packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 20+ days, contact us at support@maskirovkaoutfitters.com. Lost package claims for orders not received within 45 days will be investigated with our fulfillment partner.
