RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Maskirovka Outfitters products are custom-produced on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Eligible for Replacement or Full Refund We'll replace or fully refund your order if you receive:

  • The wrong item or wrong garment type
  • An item with significant print defects (blurry, peeling, misplaced, or incorrectly scaled design)
  • An item sized more than 1–3cm outside our published size chart
  • An item with color significantly different from the mockup due to a production error
  • A damaged, torn, or defective item (broken hardware, holes, embroidery issues, stains)
  • A lost package (no tracking update for 30+ days under normal conditions)

If we sent you the wrong parcel entirely, you're welcome to keep it — we'll send the correct item at no charge.

How to File a Claim Email us at support@maskirovkaoutfitters.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

⚠️ Time Limits

  • Claims for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Claims for visibly damaged packaging must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery cannot be processed

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Incorrect size, color, or address entered by the customer at checkout
  • Minor color variations between screen mockup and printed product
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Packages undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect address information
  • Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery
  • Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, political events, warfare)

EU Consumers In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Maskirovka Outfitters reserves the right to refuse returns on this basis.
